We aim to process and dispatch confirmed orders promptly. After dispatch, tracking information will be shared through the contact details provided with the order, where tracking is available.
1. India shipping charges

The above shipping structure applies to standard domestic orders. Any special shipping charge shown at checkout for a specific location, remote area, oversized shipment or special delivery requirement will be communicated before order confirmation where applicable.
2. International shipping
International shipping is chargeable on all international orders, regardless of the number of kurtas purchased. The applicable international shipping charge will be communicated or displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight and size, courier service and other applicable factors.
3. Customs, duties and import taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT or GST, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Vastrakhoj cannot guarantee customs clearance timelines or the amount of destination-country charges.
4. Processing and delivery time
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 working days unless a product page, order confirmation or special collection states a different processing time. Domestic delivery is generally expected within approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination. International delivery times vary by country and courier and may be longer because of customs.
5. Incorrect or incomplete address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address, PIN or ZIP code and reachable phone number. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. Any refund, if applicable, may be adjusted for non-recoverable shipping costs subject to applicable law.
6. Courier delays and force majeure
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier operations, weather, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, customs, remote-area service limitations or other events beyond our reasonable control may occur.
7. Shipping charges and refunds
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the return or refund is approved because Vastrakhoj sent a wrong product or the product was received damaged or defective and the applicable refund is approved.
